3. User Obligations
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information about yourself as requested in any registration or subscription forms on the site.
You agree to use my services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of HelloMindfulJess.com.

Intellectual Property All content included on HelloMindfulJess.com, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Hello Mindful Jess or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.
5. Payment and Cancellation
My coaching services are charged in advance and are non-refundable. This policy reflects the commitment and time I dedicate to providing the highest quality service to each client.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Please understand that, due to the nature of my services, payments for missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability I am not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of my services.
7. Amendments to Terms I reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted on my website and effective immediately upon posting.
8. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the state of Massachusetts without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
