“Take a second and enjoy the space between where you are and where you’re going.”

Growing up in my mom’s dress shop in New Bedford, I wasn’t just playing hide and seek among the fabrics. I was the kid who found joy in sorting receipts and imagining running my own show one day. Fast forward a bit, and that dream wasn’t just a dream anymore. By 2016, I was turning the key to the front door of my very own hair salon. Sounds like a smooth ride? Not exactly.

As the business picked up, so did the pace. Before I knew it, I was caught in a relentless hustle, constantly feeling like I was playing catch-up with my own expectations. On paper, things looked shiny. In reality, I was running on empty, trying to live up to a success story that wasn’t even mine.

Then, 2018 hit me like a truck. My body and mind waved the white flag, signaling that something had to give. It was clear; I needed to pause and really listen to what was going on inside.

This nudge led me down a path I never expected—into the world of holistic wellness. I started piecing together how my well-being directly impacted my business. It wasn’t just about getting physically better. It was about shaking off beliefs that no longer served me, finding new ways to bounce back, and understanding that all of this—mind, body, business—was deeply connected.

Here’s the thing: I realized the process of building a business and building myself up were not that different. Both required patience, a ton of trial and error, and the guts to keep going, even when the path ahead was foggy.

Why am I sharing all this? Because the road to doing what you love, especially as a female entrepreneur, can feel pretty lonely. There are tons of advice out there, but what I really needed to know back then was that it’s okay to carve out your own definition of success and to take care of yourself along the way.

Now, my thing is helping others like me navigate this wild ride of entrepreneurship without feeling like they have to do it all alone. Whether it’s figuring out how to align your business with what truly matters to you, setting clear, actionable goals, or just finding a way to get through the day without feeling overwhelmed, I’m here with a toolbox that’s been through it all.

Let’s talk about redefining success, getting unstuck, and building something that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside. Because at the end of the day, it’s about feeling good about the work you do and the life you lead.
